Dosage:
Health Canada: Adults: 3.75 ml 3 times a day

Mountain Meadow Herbs: Women 12+ years: 1/4 tsp.

Shake well. Take 1-3 times daily, or as needed. (1 dropperful = 1/8 tsp)

TIP: Optimal results have been noted by alternating (every two weeks) the Tone & Cleanse Formula with the Hormone Balance Formula for maximum cleansing and balancing effects. We suggest starting Hormone Balance Formula the day your cycle starts and take it for 2 weeks. Then switch to Tone & Cleanse Formula for 2 weeks. From that point simply continue to alternate the two formulas every two weeks regardless of when your cycle starts and stops. We suggest using these products for 3-6 months for best results.

T&C Formula should NOT be used in cases of high or low blood pressure, reduced kidney, liver or cardiac function, during pregnancy or with Anticoagulants or Vitamin K Inhibitors (such as Warfarin).
