Finding My Father

Five year old Jose enjoyed an idyllic childhood in the quaint mountain village of Tambla in western Honduras. He knew his papa the biggest, strongest , bravest man in the world would always protect him. But when his father was seized by a notorious military unit, Jose’s world was shattered. Who would care for him now? What had happened to his papa, and would he ever return?

Jose’s search for the truth about his papa’s fate and his longing for a father would continue for decades, even after he made the dangerous journey north to the United States in search of a better life. Not until he came to know God as his Father and Protector did Jose’s fragmented world begin to heal.
