Any order can be picked up at our store in Elmira, ON at no charge. Simply select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, and you’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

We ship across Canada via UPS and Canada Post. All orders are processed and dispatched from our store in Elmira, ON.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
USA & International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada only. USA and international shipping are not available at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship using Canada Post and UPS. The carrier for your order will depend on your location and the size of your shipment. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier to ensure reliable delivery, and will notify you of any significant changes to your shipping method.
Duty & Import Fees
All orders ship from Canada. Any applicable duty or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt.
Cancellations & Refunds
If we are unable to arrange suitable shipping to your location, we will offer a full refund or hold your order until shipping services resume — whichever you prefer.
