These commercial build strainers are made for large volumes. No more peeling or coring, the fine screen separates seeds and skin from puree. Works great for tomatoes, apples and more! Now equipped with a splash guard for a cleaner canning experience. Body is made of die-cast aluminum, the auger is hard resin plastic, pivot and spring are steel, and the filter tray, hopper and funnel are stainless steel. Clamps onto any table. Ideal to squeeze fresh or cooked tomatoes to get excellent puree, juice or paste. The #4 model has a larger capacity than most other brands with a bowl of approximately 8 cups and the #5 is double the capacity of the #4 model.
