In this last book of The Great Book Series, Samuel learns about non-resistance when the soldiers take all their food. As the community opens their home to the wounded soldiers and tends to their physical needs, it slowly dawned on Samuel that Christ does not expect him to stand by and do nothing while they are mistreated.
