Family Favorites from the Collingsworth Kitchen

Some of the recipes in this book were collected from dear friends while traveling on tour; recipes they either brought to our bus, or served to us around their table. Whenever I would see that our kids were “eating up” whatever was being served, I would quickly ask for the recipe and add it to my collection. Others are ones that I’ve adapted to my own liking over the years and served so many times I could probably whip them up without even thinking. However the recipe came to us, I can tell you with certainty that if it’s in this cookbook, it is a tried and true recipe that the Collingsworth Family loves and enjoys frequently.

So, if you’re looking for fancy cuisine with complicated recipes, this is probably not the cookbook for you. However, if you’re looking for down-home recipes that are easy to prepare, yet good enough to serve your most special guests…… I think you’ve come to the right place.
