Simply place the ice cream maker bowl (with unfrozen ice cream mixture) in the mixer bowl; fill the remaining space with ice, water, and rock salt; place the lid; and turn on the mixer. 20 minutes later you will have the best homemade ice cream of your life! There is even a hole in the lid of the ice cream freezer attachment for you to add fruits or other mix-ins during the last minutes of mixing. This is one of the best new bosch mixer attachments and a must have addition to any kitchen. You don’t need a whole new ice cream maker machine when you can make your mixer an ice cream maker.
