Bing is born a tramp dog. His life is a constant battle to stay alive, to find enough food and to survive fights with other dogs.

Bing finally finds love and acceptance with15 year old Joe Harlen. But the tramp dog is soon blamed for the killings that are taking a heavy toll on farmer’s livestock. Joe knows better, but can’t prove Bing innocent. Fortunately, the dog is befriended by a very influential and level headed rancher. At last Bing proves his innocence in a dangerous fight to the finish with the real killer.
