Food For Life

For the last several months I’ve been compiling recipes for a community cookbook. This is not your ordinary cookbook. We have been on a journey to healthier eating for the last several years and Amos has been encouraging me to share with others, so this dream has now become a reality! This project has been a joy to work on (but wow, did it really take this long) and I hope and pray many will be blessed with better health because of it. My own journey has yielded 55 lbs lost.
