Dosage:
Health Canada: Adults: 2 droppers 3-6 times a day

Mountain Meadow Herbs: Women 12+ years: 1/4 tsp.
Shake well. Take 1-3 times daily, or as needed. (1 dropperful = 1/8 tsp)

If taking with Tone & Cleanse: we suggest starting Hormone Balance Formula the day your cycle starts and take it for 2 weeks. Then switch to Tone & Cleanse for 2 weeks. From that point simply continue to alternate the two formulas every two weeks regardless of when your cycle starts and stops. Try using both for 3-6 months for best results.
