Rich in herbal expectorants this blend of herbal extracts can help loosen congestion and end miserable coughing. It may also reduce recovery time from respiratory illness and the common cold. Breathe easy through the fall and winter months! The herbs in Herbal Respiratory are generally considered safe for use during pregnancy, for infants and while nursing.

SUGGESTED DOSAGES:
Health Canada: Adults: 4 droppers three times daily

Mountain Meadow Herbs: 0-2 years: 5-10 drops; 3-11 years: 1/8 tsp; 12+ years: 1/4 tsp.

Take in water 1-3 times daily or as needed. For maintenance we suggest a “6 days on, 1 day off” regimen.

Caution: Herbal Respiratory is not suggested for those with high or low blood pressure, reduced liver, kidney or cardiac function or by those taking anticoagulants or Vitamin K inhibitors (such as Warfarin).

Note: While this herbal extract formula is considered safe for expecting and nursing mothers, we do suggest using caution during early pregnancy.
