Highland Henry

Henry enjoyed exploring. He dreamed of exploring, especially along his native Grand River which ran through his home settlement in Haldimand County, Canada.
But one day his family heard of a land offer in far away Peterborough County. Land cheap enough that even their family could afford.
Will they move? Will they have their very own farm? Can they make a living from farming if they have to clear the land first? Will there be a school?
Although the characters in this book are fictitious they appear natural and real, as they face the rigours of pioneer life in rural Canada, in the 1800’s.
