SUGGESTED DOSAGE:
Health Canada: 2-4 years: 0.5 droppers 2-6 times daily; 5-9 years: 0.5 droppers 3-9 times daily; 10-14 years: 2 droppers 2-4 times daily; 15+ years: 2 droppers 4-9 times daily

Mountain Meadow Herbs: 0-2 years: 5-10 drops; 3-11 years: 1/8 tsp; 12 years & older: 1/4 tsp.

Take 1-3 times daily or as needed.

NOTE: Use it 6 days a week during the winter months for immune support. One day off a week will help avoid developing an immunity to the herbs. When seasonal discomforts hit: Use suggested dosage every 4 hours.
