The Ordinances of the Church

The keeping of ordinances is an integral part of worshiping God. Biblical rules, restrictions, disciplines, and practices reveal God’s character and holiness. They illuminate the path of truth to the worshiper by calling for worshipful response and holy living. Those who are truly children of God—born again by His Spirit—will practice His will by keeping ordinances taught in His Word.
