Ralph on the Engine #3

On a special run, Mr. Griscom & Mr. Trevor were kidnapped. “It’s a strike, is it?” inquired Ralph. “Worse than a strike,” replied Griscom. The railroad men’s union is in a squabble among themselves & a fight is on. That means trouble all around.
Car loads of perishable fruits were rotting in the yards, men were beaten, engines crippled, orders mixed up, crown sheets burned and cars smashed on open switches. Will order be restored to the rail yard?
