  Dosage Suggestions:
  Health Canada: (Adults) 2.5 ml three times / day

  Mountain Meadow Herbs: 0-2 years: 5-10 drops; 3-11 years: 1/8 tsp.; 12+ years: 1/4 tsp.

  Shake well. Take 1-3 times daily, or as needed. (1 dropperful = 1/8 tsp)
