Return Policy
At Living Waters Book & Toy Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Items must be in new, resellable condition
- Items must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Seasonal items including Christmas decorations, holiday-themed products, and seasonal decor
- Opened or used items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item.
In-Store Returns
You’re welcome to return eligible items in person at our retail location. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt along with the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Process
Online Returns:
- Contact us at [your email] or [phone number] to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with return instructions
- Ship your return to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund
In-Store Returns:
- Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to our store
- Our staff will inspect the item(s) to confirm eligibility
- Your refund will be processed immediately upon approval
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
What’s Refunded: You’ll receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you’d like. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@shoplw.ca with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
