Order Acceptance
Orders become binding once payment is received in full. Payment is required for order acceptance. Until payment is completed, Living Waters reserves the right to modify or cancel any order.
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel orders through their account page or by contacting our customer service team. If an order has already shipped, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Availability
If an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we will remove the unavailable item from your order and issue a full refund for that item.

All pricing is in Canadian dollars regardless of the buyer’s country or state.

Living Waters strives to remain competitive with pricing, but prices may change due to currency exchange fluctuations and market conditions. Unless an order is paid in full, prices are subject to change without notice.
Taxes
HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) will be charged according to Canadian regulations based on the delivery address and applicable provincial rates.

Warranty Coverage
All products qualify for a 30-day warranty from date of receipt unless otherwise noted. Warranty replacements are sent free of charge with prepaid return labels for sending back the defective product.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases, unless the return is due to an error in shipment quantity (over or under shipment) or product defect on the part of Living Waters.
Return Restrictions
Sale and seasonal items are non-returnable. Seasonal items include Christmas products, seasonal decorations, holiday-specific items, and other time-sensitive merchandise. If an order has already shipped, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
