The year is 1956, and every boy in town wants a fast racer bike, a basket ball and hoop and a dog. But how can one acquire all these treasures? By getting into the berry business! Picking wild blackberries and taking care of the strawberry bed at the farm can earn any boy a few pennies. It’s a lot of work, but along the way there is still time to learn a few life lessons and solve a couple of mysteries.
